Ellie Goulding's gown takes my "most ridiculously absurd" award, though Anna Taylor-Joy certainly places, and, OMG, Andreea Cristea is a strong contender for most ridiculously absurd as well as most bizarre!
The Olivia Cooke link isn't working for me in Firefox.
Curiously enough, I like Michelle Yeoh's outfit. The sweeping cape sleeves in particular work for me in conjunction with the tailoring of the top and trousers. While I wouldn't mind a different color, I don't mind this one on her.
Only the middle link for Leonie Hanne is working for me. The first link brings up your post and the last link (for the back) goes to the Camille Cherriere pic.
Even the gowns making the Good cut fall short to my eyes. Though, yes, I'm in full agreement withyou on both Viola Davis and Cynthia Erivo. I just wish more of the gowns had been in that league.
