We just watched the two-part television adaptation of Terry Pratchett's Hogfather recently shown on SkyOne (thank you, Internet download) and we were very impressed with it. I would have thought it was a nearly impossible book to film but they got everything right: the casting and acting were great, the tone was just right, and so was the look. The credits include "`Mucked About' by Terry Pratchett" so that might explain why the plot was also condensed very well. I highly recommend tracking this down and watching it.
