Well, lots of things, I imagine, but mainly covering things in swing states, I would suspect: blitz ads, local staff to help get turnout at the polls, covering expenses for people to get to contested areas to make sure that the election is being conducted fairly, pay for lawyers and concerned citizens to protest any irregularities, and I'm sure there are lots of other things as well.
